Accountability requires that all members of ISC’s academic, administrative, and management staff be accountable to one another for their roles and performance. This involves establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting mechanisms to facilitate the evaluation and justification of actions and outcomes.

3. Continuous Improvement
This is an ongoing process that consistently emphasizes continuous improvement. Use the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle.
